While we emphasize more on the appearance of moon every passing night, in reality, the shape of moon never changes, however it appears to emerge in different shapes when viewed from the Earth.
Scientifically, it drew Space Investigators in a very important point of discussion about the truth behind changing shapes of the moon after every night. The quest was satisfied upon the reasoning that since the moon does not have its own light, it shines because of its surface reflecting light from the sun and its revolution around the Earth.
Despite the fact that it sometimes seem to shine very brightly, the moon reflect only between 3 to 12 percent of the sunlight that hits it.
